Weekly Runs

Our weekly runs are free and open to the public and we welcome runners of all ability levels! Our designated beginner-friendly run is the 2nd Sunday every month at 8:30am starting from the East Lake Sammamish Trail next to Redmond Whole Foods (scroll down for more info).

We generally have a mix of preferred paces between 7 and 12 minutes per mile. If you are near either end of that range and are concerned about having others to run your pace with, please reach out on our Facebook group or email us ahead of time and we can find a match for you.

Wakeup Friday

Time: 7am

Location & Route: Varies

We do a ~4 mile run at different locations around the Redmond/Kirkland area and try to visit different coffee shops after the run. Please check our Facebook Events page or Strava group for the exact location and route; we post event details a few days prior.

Sunday Coffee / Field Trip

We alternate between a regular location (East Lake Sammamish Trailhead in the parking lot that is adjacent to Whole foods) and a special "Field Trip" location. Field trip runs usually occur on the first* Sunday of the month. We meet up for coffee after these runs!

Location: Varies by the Sunday of each month. If not a field trip run, we meet at East Lake Sammamish Trailhead in the parking lot that is adjacent to Whole Foods (not the actual Whole Foods parking lot).

Time: 8:30am*

Route: Our regular route is an out and back on the East Lake Sammamish Trail for any distance.

Post-Run Coffee: Our regular coffee spot is Peet's Coffee @ 9:45 AM!

BEGINNER RUNS: The 2nd Sunday of the month is our designated beginner-friendly run! We will have a pace buddy for the last person / people, whether you are running, walking, or anything in between. Come join us for any distance!

* Sunday runs are always in the morning except for our Halloween and Holiday Lights runs in October and December, respectively, which happen in the evening (see schedule below). On these two Sundays, there will not be an official morning run.
