Weekly Runs

Our weekly runs are free and open to the public and we welcome runners of all ability levels!  We generally have a mix of preferred paces between 7 and 12 minutes per mile. If you are near either end of that range and are concerned about having others to run your pace with, please reach out on our Facebook group or email us ahead of time and we can find a match for you. We also now have a run sweeper signup sheet where you can see who will be designated at any of our Monday, Thursday, and Sunday runs to ensure you will have company. You may also sign yourself up for any future run date that nobody has already signed up for. :)

Wednesday Workouts

New! For the 2024 XC season we are holding XC specific workouts. All workouts will be done on trails to target XC specific racing skills, but will still benefit anyone who is training for races between 5k and half marathon. Please either subscribe via our membership, or check our Facebook or Strava group for the exact location. We post event details a few days prior.

Evening Location once we return to the track (after daylight savings time): We bring our own light stands to the International School in Bellevue (Map), allowing you to run without a headlamp.

Morning Location: A small group also meets at Lake Washington High School in Kirkland (Map). We don't have these tracks reserved, but they are free and open to the public outside of school hours and as long as another party is not renting them (which doesn't occur during early morning hours at either track or post-dusk hours at the International School).

Meeting Point: On the track

Time: 6pm (Evening), 6am (Morning). Arrive early for additional warmup.

Bathrooms: Lake Washington High does not have its bathrooms open during this time, but the porta-potty next to the South Tennis courts (on 75th St) has been restored. The International School also has a porta-potty at the bottom of the steps at the Southeast Corner.
